Find your property in the Languedoc
The Languedoc Roussillon area is currently one of, if not the most popular part of France for the British and Irish to buy property.
Langudeoc Property Finders is a local Estate Agency based in the pretty town of Pezenas, between Montpellier and Beziers.
Led by Simon Kerridge, Languedoc Property Finders assists mainly British and Irish purchasers through the frustrating maze of French property ownership.
Read our "About Us" page to find out who we are and how we can help you move to this part of the Languedoc.
Alternatively, if you are thinking of selling your property in or around Pezenas,
Over the last few months we have found that more and more buyers are drifting towards buying new built, off plan property and with this in mind we now joined forces with several of France's largest property developers and within this site we have details on the following developments:
Port du Roy - Aigues Mortes, prices from €232,617
Building land in Sete - A prestigious location in Sete, prices from €493,500
Bouzigues - Luxury villas from €690,000
Le Mas de Constance - Aigues Mortes, prices from €210,000
Residence Le Mas de Golf - Beziers, prices from €165,000
Although it's nowhere near a certainty the proposed development at Domaine de Lavagnac really excites me. It is hoped that this magnificent buiding and the land are going to be turned into a luxury hotel and golf complex along with an estimated 500 new apartments and villas! Why are so many people buying property in the Languedoc?
In a nutshell the area has everything:
There are five different airports to fly into, they are: Montpellier, Nimes, Perpignan, Carcassonne and Rodez. You can even get the Eurostar from London to Avignon in around 8 hours.
The beaches are clean and sandy, the weather is outstanding throughout the year and you have some wonderful inland areas that will keep even the sport mad happy.
If you top all that off with the fine wine, fresh food and great cooking on offer then you can see why so many people have made a permanent move here and why so many already own their own holiday property in the Languedoc area.
In terms of the type of property on offer, again the area has everything: Modern apartment complexes in Cap D'Agde with moorings and communal swimming pools all the way through to remote farmhouses with the most spectacular views of the Massif Central.
